Hot Dip Galvanizing Process
In the hot dip galvanizing process, steel wire is coated with zinc by immersing it in a molten zinc bath maintained at temperatures between 440°C to 460°C.
This process ensures that every surface, including welds and hard-to-reach areas, is uniformly coated, providing maximum protection against corrosion.
With zinc coating thickness ranging from 40 to 275 GSM, our galvanized wires are ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications, offering long-lasting durability even in harsh environments.
